assure that buildings are maintained according to preset standards, periodic Resident Satisfaction
Surveys are distributed. Resident Comment Cards are left after all in-suite repair work is completed.
A 24/7 action line and flexible office hours also make for good resident relations.

We have a strict code of contractor standards, with services provided through CR Residental Maintanence (CCB #168078),

regularly audited by our staff and their performance evaluated in the Resident Satisfaction Surveys.
